Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dipshade Arena mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Dipshade Arena is a skill-based gaming platform that allows users to participate in BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) tournaments for cash prizes. Our services include:

• Tournament hosting and management
• Secure payment processing via Razorpay
• Real-time match tracking and results
• Wallet system for deposits and withdrawals

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Users under 18 require parental consent

Geographic Restrictions:

• Services available only in India
• Must comply with local gaming laws

4. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• One account per person
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₹10
• All payments processed through Razorpay
• Deposits are non-refundable except in case of tournament cancellation

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹50
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Valid bank account or UPI ID required

Entry Fees:

• Tournament entry fees range from ₹5 to ₹100
• Entry fees are deducted from wallet balance
• No refunds once tournament starts

6. Tournament Rules

Fair Play:

• No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized software
• No teaming in solo tournaments
• Must submit valid match screenshots

Penalties:

• First violation: Warning
• Second violation: 7-day suspension
• Third violation: Permanent ban

7. Prize Distribution

• Prizes distributed based on tournament results
• Winners announced within 30 minutes of match completion
• Prize money credited to wallet within 15 minutes
• Disputes must be raised within 24 hours

8. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Sharing account credentials
• Using automated software or bots
• Manipulating tournament results
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Money laundering or fraudulent activities

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the App belong to Dipshade Arena. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dipshade Arena shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues or server downtime
• Loss of data or account information
• Third-party payment processor issues
• BGMI game server problems

Maximum liability limited to the amount in your wallet.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, remaining wallet balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
